This return and refund policy pertains to Amazon Seller Protection hereby referred to after this as (ASP).
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that Amazon has the final say in all decisions, we cannot offer a money back guarantee except for extreme cases. We absolutely believe we can help any type of appeal, but we cannot guarantee the decision made by Amazon.
Responses and decisions made during this appeal process is crucial. If any instruction is not followed through on by client, we are not liable for any response that Amazon provides.
There are no refunds once work has begun. You are paying for our time and the time of your account manager.
Amazon's response time may vary and we have no control over that. There is no guarantee of success. You are buying an assessment of your account and a written appeal/plan of action from an experienced team. We have experience reinstating hundreds of Amazon sellers. While we will help with follow up appeals as needed, we cannot promise a specific turnaround time for the second, third, etc. round of appeals. By paying for this service you agree to our terms and conditions.
